Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your order size, location and delivery service selected. For our basic service, all deliveries within Canada under $150 are charged at $20 Expediated Parcel Shipping. Expected delivery time for our Canada customers is 2-8 days when shipped from our Canadian warehouse. Time may vary due to seasonal / holiday factors.

For your international orders, you may need to pay for import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Depending on regulations we are trying to minimize those fees to our customers, if possible, by providing optimal, correct, and on-time information to the shippers. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
All international orders have internal tracking that we share with our customers.
We also obtain insurance for all international orders. If your package is damaged or lost during transportation, we would be able to recover the loss and reimburse directly to you once the claim is filed and approved by the insurance company. Insurance claims may require some documentation, photos, proof of damage or/and loss; please be understanding and prepared to provide such documentation if necessary.
In some countries, local postal services (for security reasons) retain packages and require recipients to pick-up international orders at their local postal service locations, or/and pay local taxes. Please contact your local postal service if you have any questions. Or let us know if you have any issues with the delivery and/or pick-up of your international order.
Order Handling Terms:
If your item is in stock, it will have the same day handling (Monday-Friday) and will be we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) but will ensure to keep you updated.

We use Canada Post to ensure your item gets to you on time no matter what part of the world you are. We offer next-day Priority Parcel Shipping Canada Post delivery services in Canada if desired. And can use other delivery services as requested for shipping durations and locations outside of the above listed as is available in your location.
We also display our ‘out of stock’ items so that you can notify us if you would like to be informed when they are back in stock.
